A family-owned resort

Chris Braund and Karen Van Sickler built Pampered Pets Inn with one belief: the families of Lake Norman deserve a pet resort that matches their standards. Not a kennel. Not a boarding facility. A true resort — clean, beautiful, peaceful, and functional.

We operate on 2.25 wooded acres adjacent to wetlands, with a 6,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility, a saltwater pool, water park, and enrichment-based programming that keeps your pet genuinely happy — not just housed.

Our team holds Fear Free, Paragon, and Dog Handler Academy certifications. A Registered Vet Technician is always on staff. And Macy and Finley — our resident consultants — approve every suite.
